Carp are PhDs in suspicion. They vacuum substrate with millimeter precision, rejecting anything that sinks too fast, looks wrong, or lands too hard. Rivfly carp flies are designed for the most technical presentations in fly fishing. Our Golden Ghost variant uses rabbit fur dubbing that pulses with subtle motion—imitating the breathing of natural crayfish. Sink rates are calibrated using precise bead weights: fast-sink (4″/sec) for current, medium (2″/sec) for still water, and near-neutral for surface cruisers. Every pattern lands with minimal disturbance through aerodynamic shaping.
