Processing Time:

Every Rivfly tool undergoes a strict mechanical quality check. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

🛡️ 45-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

At RIVFLY, we stand behind the precision of our gear. We want you to be completely satisfied. That’s why we offer an industry-leading 45-day return policy.

Eligibility for a Return:

  • General Tools: Must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • The “Lawn-Cast” Rule: For gear like rods, reels, and lines, you are welcome to assemble and “lawn-cast” them to get a feel for the action. However, items that have been used in water, show signs of outdoor wear, dirt, or damage are not eligible for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Used leaders, tippets, flies, and final sale items.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at in**@****ly.com with your order number.

  2. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. (Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund).

  3. DO NOT send items back without approval.

Refunds: Once inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
