The Rivfly Engineering Guarantee
At Rivfly, we don’t just sell fishing gear; we engineer precision instruments for the flow. We stand behind the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of everything we make.
1. Consumables & Everyday Gear (Flies, Mats, and Accessories) We inspect every single item in our lab before it reaches your hands. If your everyday gear arrives damaged, defective, or not up to the Rivfly standard, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. (Please note: Due to the nature of fishing, we cannot warranty flies or accessories lost or damaged during actual fishing use.)
2. Advanced Hardware & Precision Tools Our advanced hardware and precision gear are engineered to last. They are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a precision tool fails due to our fault, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
3. What Is NOT Covered (The Exclusions) While we build our gear to be tough, fishing is an unpredictable sport. This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear over time.
Accidental damage (e.g., dropping, crushing, or stepping on the gear).
Modification, misuse, or neglect.
Accidental Damage Program: If you break your Rivfly hardware due to an accident, we won’t leave you hanging. Reach out to us, and we will offer you a heavily discounted replacement or repair program exclusively for our community members.
How to Make a Claim Send your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos to: in**@****ly.com. Our team will evaluate the claim and get you back on the water as soon as possible.
